Pr 3:3-6

3 Let love and faithfulness never leave you;
bind them around your neck,
write them on the tablet of your heart.
4 Then you will win favor and a good name
in the sight of God and man.

5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.

Lord, our sinful nature leads us to think only of ourselves and what is best for us.  Yet, You have called us to be Your children and live as You would have us live.  When we fall, lead us to repent. Your gracious love always restores the broken person.  Bless us with a full measure of the Holy Spirit that we may truly love You and trust in You. In Jesus' name AMEN
