Board of Early Childhood Ministry

The Board's duties and responsibilities are defined in the Bylaws.

Board Members

Board Goals

1. Continue to provide and mentor a caring and professional staff and provide a safe environment for the children and families.
2. Continue to strive for a positive relationship between church members and daycare.
3. Continue to develop a positive and caring relationship between our board and daycare staff and to show appreciation for the staff.
4. Demonstrate and teach the love of Jesus to the children and families.
5. Review all MCDC policies and procedures and then make sure they are followed.
6. Focus on a Godly attitude and continue to use our time and talents in a positive way in our efforts on behalf of MCDC.
7. Praise God and give HIM all honor and glory and continue to ask for his guidance and wisdom in all decisions. 
8. Invite unchurched families and staff to attend Messiah.
