Board of Fellowship

The Board's duties and responsibilities are defined in the Bylaws.

Board Members

Chairman:  Leslie Soule
Kim Blodgett, Sarah Grafe, Rich Jenkins, Steve & Peggy Jenkins, Sondra Klepper, Len & Pat Lueder, George & Martha McDowell, Phyllis Monroe and Bill Soule

Board Goals

1. To have more Women's Ministry such as Mug on the Run, Dinner for Eight and try to get members more involved in the planning.
2. Find a subcommittee to head the Fish Dinner under the advisement of Fellowsip. to find new ways to increase the number of diners with the limited parking and to continue to have successful dinners.
3. To have each of the Board members go to at least one PPC meeting.
4. Look at ways to help keep the cost of the Fellowship activities down. However we will need to have reserve money from the fish dinners to buy new equipment for the fish dinners.

Board Activities

This Board plans and sponsors fellowship events in an effort to fulfill the church's mission including, but not limited to:

• Euchre
• Women's Retreat
• Care Commissioners
• Annual Church Picnic
• Fish Dinners during Lent
• Various Celebration Dinners
• New Member Pot-Luck Dinner
• Sponsor Diaper Drive for Lutherans for Life
• Sponsor Family or "Youth Haven Ranch" for Christmas
• Spring Fund-Raiser for Holt Food Bank
• Mother/Daughter Tea
• Lugnuts Game
• Golf Outing
• Truck or Treat Dinner
